MyWhatIf is being built to expand access, and that includes how people experience our technology. We are committed to improving the accessibility and usability of our website and platform for people with disabilities.
The standard we work to
We aim to design and develop our digital experiences in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. That standard guides our design decisions, our development work and our review process.
We have not completed a formal third party conformance audit. When we do, we will say so here and publish what it found.
What we are working toward
These are the goals we design and build against. Some are further along than others, and we keep testing.
This work is not finished
Accessibility is ongoing rather than a box to check once. As the platform changes, we review what we have built, test it and fix what does not work. Some parts of the site will be ahead of others at any given moment.
Some services and tools embedded in our pages are built by other organizations, and their accessibility characteristics are not fully in our hands. Where an embedded tool creates a barrier, we want to know, and we will either work with the provider or find another way to give you the same access.
Found something we can improve?
If you have trouble using any part of this site or our platform, please tell us. Reports from the people who hit the barrier are the fastest way we learn what to fix.
You never need to tell us about a disability or any health information to report a problem or to get help.
